That's interesting, I doubt the same would apply down this way, they'd just book you for another offence. Otherwise, guys would be buying / using cheap lids & discarding them during a pursuit & getting away. H&S gone a bit mad there.

Thats exactly whats happening, there are scooter gangs going around steeling bikes and raiding shopping areas and as soon as they are chased they dump their helmets and the police stop, can't risk hurting the little shits. Villans have more rights than victims here. :furious:
