Hi All
I am about to replace my clutch push rod with a new one (old one quitevpitted/corroded).
Do I dab grease on each end ?
Or do I grease the whole length?
Thanks again for any advice given.

if you grease any of it then only the bit that stucks out of the engine as the rest go's through the oil filled gearbox
top tip dont turn the motor over with the pushrod out or you'll find out just how much oil is in it .
Grease on the end that goes in the clutch slave cylinder. Mix grease with engine oil and push/squirt that into the engine side hole. Goes without saying that you also clean/inspect the clutch slave cylinder ;) To keep the crud out of the clutch slave cylinder do this: http://gsx1400owners.org/forum_test/index.php?topic=273.msg2032#msg2032 (http://gsx1400owners.org/forum_test/index.php?topic=273.msg2032#msg2032)
Thank you both very much for your advice..

If you fit a new pushrod, this also is a very worthwhile mod

Ooops... meant to put barmy's upgrade link instead. Definitely something they forgot by the 14.
Thank you for the upgrade link.
I have ordered the seal...
