Title: Gs1000s Fairing
Post by: willieE on Friday, 29 September 2017, 07:47 AM
Has anyone fitted a GS1000S (Ice--cream van) headlight fairing?  Thinking of doing a Wes Colley rep ish. Got an all white, so thinking of wrap or decal route.

A couple of used GS1000s replica fairings on here - I had a Skidmarx on mine, which was very similar. Or you could always look at a Yoshi replica

Proper GS1000S fairings are quite big.
Most aftermarket ones hint at the style but are a bit smaller.

If you have a Katana the rear mudguard off the GS1000 fits straight on and if you look at the picture Tony posted you can see it is very short, with the beveled edge and looks heaps better than taking a hacksaw to the standard Katana mudguard.
