Can you guys give advice about a Four into Four Exhaust system for a Suzuki GSX1400 K5?
Welcome Katana......Another Kiwi !!
Wheres home ?
Unless you have one custom made, there isn't one on the market to the best of my knowledge.
Nearest you can get "off the shelf) is to fit a pair of Growlers (previously Campbells) to a 4 into 2 system to emulate a 4 into 4. But you'd have to import them from the US if you want them new.

In regard to your question unfortunately the answer is :

A proper 4-4 system could potentially look awesome and would certainly help you stand out from the pack !
Go on, do it, you know you want to.

But they are not true 4 into 4 Andre, instead that is 4 into 2 into 4 I think (same as Campbells / Growlers)?
True, but Katana did not specify 4-x-4. I don't think they are slip-ons, but complete exhaust systems.
Welcome Katana.
And the answer is: do it your self and get unique system.
Just called MAB Power, the manufacturer. It is a complete system (single wall, stainless steel) with E-number (for those concerned). To be had for 1650€ complete. However you can just buy the end cans for 1150€ or the down pipes/collector for 750€. All parts are interchangeable with the originals.
The complete system adds 10 PS to the 14 without making changes to the mapping. The system will not run to lean. As long as you don't make any changes to the original setup, such as air filter, there is no need to remap.
165€/HP. Hmmm...
I think that someone would get a 4 can system mostly for the looks.
However
All done on the same dyno, on the same day!
Original 4in2 (U-Kat), original air filter
81,7 Kw (111 HP) at 7162 rpm 126,3 Nm at 5656 rpm
Open Pipes and collector, Takkoni 4in2, K&N air filter
87,4 Kw (118.8 HP) at 7508 rpm und 128.7 Nm at 5356 rpm
Akrapovic 4in1, complete system, K&N air filter
90,3 Kw (122,7 HP) at 7764 rpm 122,0 Nm at 5868 rpm
MAB Power 4in2in4, complete system, K&N air filter
90.5 Kw (123 HP) at 7755 rpm, 124,6 Nm at 5707 rpm
I can understand that, Andre. Mostly for look and sound. And that is ok.
But they are still expensive horsepowers. It´s not a big trick to get 25€/extra HP if your own work is not calculated.
Thanks for that Andre, very interesting to compare the results & setups.

It is hard to please me on the look issue. I am smitten with the
original 4-2. I love the oompf the 14 has in low/mid-range. But I wouldn't mind having even more in that range.
Unfortunately, the above dyno results don't have graphs with them. A guy on another forum said that a 4-x-2 with open pipes/collector will do what I want. The 4-x-2 results suggest that he is correct - 2.4 Nm more torque at 300 rpm less compared to the original - 6.7 Nm more torque at 500 rpm less compared to the Akra 4-1.
Sorry for possibly highjacking the thread, but katana was not clear on the
why of his question but the MAB Power 4-4 info might help him anyway. BTW that system is supposed to have a great sound. Maybe all he wants can be had with just slip-ons like Campbells / Growlers or MTC slashcut Shotguns.
PS Then there is Cobra. Lots of options. Complete or just cans. Dual cans available are Urban Killer, Powershots, Hypershots. Knock yourself out configuring here https://www.cobraexhaust.de/GSX-1400-K1-K4_7 (https://www.cobraexhaust.de/GSX-1400-K1-K4_7)

The cans don't look too bad, but I'm not a fan of the 1 into 2 "Y" piece.
It just looks a bit clumsy and unnatural to me. Not nice.
Looks to much like an amature afterthought to me.
I have a similar 1 into 2 on my King but its hidden under the seat.
Agree with the clumsy look, Tony
Just my opinion but a 4 into 4 system has to have four reverse cone megaphones contoured to the shape of the bike. Four pieces of straight tube looks wrong.
Something like the Daytona Honda 750/4 from the '70's perhaps.
That's it Snapey, I see the 4 into 4 as an Era look..... late 50's, 60's and early 70's. Can't say I mind it on those bikes. Hailwoods Honda 6.....shiver !!
