Title: my 14
Post by: CBG on Friday, 28 July 2017, 03:01 AM
Thought I'd share a few pics of the old girl after giving it a bit of a clean today. Also trying out a new camera and lens combination :)

Not looking too bad for it's age / mileage / level of neglect over the years haha. Still needs a bit of tlc as it's a lil bit rough around the edges up close, but at least it's working for now :)

Hi CB,
Love the colours, unique but work well  :onya:

The rear spring on rhs looks a bit 'stressed'

Nice camera by the look of it too 👍

Not sure what you mean by the spring looking 'stressed'. They should be ok as they're basically brand new.

The camera is a bit of a dinosaur, nearly 10 years old, but new to me. Experimenting with going full frame ;)

Headers could do with a polish  :happy1: :happy1: :happy1:

On a more serious note - she's still looking good Paul

Think it would take more than a polish tbh. The result of my experiments with the ceramic coating a few years back. Only eay to remove it was media blasting so the have a very dull matte finish.
Decided I quite liked the dull look and was easier than trying to get them polished again;)
