Title: horns

hi, my problem is, if I connect two horns using the original connections, the fuse blows if I connect one horn everything is fine. any ideas.could it be the horn button.anyone ever had this problem.cheers. I noticed one side of the wiring is permanently live.  :confused1:

sounds like a broken wire/bad conection somewhere. horns are live feed then earthed when button is pushed .
power goes via horns to horn switch then to earth.

what year is your bike as wiring diagrams are different uptill k5 and k5 onward due to hazzard lights and headlight switch changes

no worries buddy
if you go to the download section of the forum you can get a suzuki manual for all models
with updates to later ones
that will include a wiring diagram to help you .
