Took my girl out today to scrub in the new boots,
daughters friend and her dad came, and his mate,
my workmate turned up and them one other.
Went to Castlemaine and had a feed at this German/hipster place.
Chicken Snitch sang a for me, we all agreed the food was very nice,
a mix up while ordering meant we waited quite a while, I was nearly ready to leave
in fact, glad we waited though.
The woman at the till was not impressed when we wanted to split the bill,
she did though.
Went next door and wandered around the bazaar, coo stuff to look at,
then back across to Daylesford for the obligatory ice cream.
Mate Steve rocked up there on his new Monster, beautiful bit of kit,
there was also a new Thruxton there, they are sweet as well.
Then home to a lovely warm house.
Lovely warmish winter day, about 13 degrees at a guess.

Found a great spot to park.
