Hi all, Please can some bright spark point me in the right direction. My K2 came with after market indicators fitted (NOT LED). The indicators worked fine with a correct flash rate.
Problem I have changed the fittings to a better looking chrome type fitted with a 12V 5w bulb which now flash at a rapid rate, I have changed the bulbs to a 12V 10w still flash in rapid style.
Do I need to fit a 7 pin LED flasher relay from fleabay priced £8.90
Your assistance will be very helpful

Indicator bulbs should be 21w to be bright enough and relay works also OK then.
If you have 5w or 10w bulbs the situation is like you have led indicators. You need extra restisors or different relay.
As T 24 says, indicator bulbs should be 12v 21w - all will work well then
Thanks all its off to the the shop for bulbs, great forum.
