I have a feeling Stan took them over there with him, bit I'm sure he'll pipe up...

@Globalrider  - why two of the same year?  Should have got a black 07 as a second one.. variety and all that !

I'm not jealous though...... no really I'm not.  Stop it... No, I'm not....  :rofl2:

The 2 14's I believe are in the UK. Stan - as you can see - has a variety of bikes, which he keeps in various countries across the world depending on where he docks. No doubt he'll pipe up and tell us more (won't you Stan!  :onya:)

Yup - the two 14's are in the UK - I bought the the other 03 so that I might convince some of my buddies to come over and ride with me. We have done quite a few rides around Europe but none of late!
I had a BMW K75 in NZ - that was fun - spent 5 years every year for a month touring North and South Island - that one has gone now but still have an ex TT racer buddy and a number of other bike enthusiast that, if I every get back, I'll find a steed!
All the other bikes I have are in Canada.
My main rider now in North America is an 08 BMW R1200GS.
We are off to Winthrop in Washington this weekend - which is an old Western Town in the Cascades - hopefully will get some stunning photos as the Passes have just opened up so there will be some big snow higher up.
Ride safely!!
Stan

I mentioned I'd put up some photos of the Cascade Ride - it was brilliant!
If any one has a chance, make the effort to come and ride here - you will not be disappointed!
the ride was named "This Does Not Suck"!!!
Cheers

I've seen a clip of a GSX1400 in Canada (I think?) but from memory it was only there for evaluation as a demo bike and not a model ever on sale to the public.

Hi Tony - no they never made it to NA - I will be the first (I think) to bring one here next year. The bike will be 15 years old then so no import problems!
Cheers

I've seen a clip of one being road tested (in Canada  I think) in the clip they get a Suzuki owner / collector to take it for a spin. He was full of praise. It's quite an old video and they talk of the chance of it being imported and the potential market. Possibly an import for evaluation purposes.  I posted the link to it on the old .org

Even so Stan - would it not be subject to emissions laws and that sort of hoohah? Great if it isn't for sure, but just wondering, as surely you will need to register it with Canadian plates?

No Dave bikes have not be subject to that in Canada - and over 15 years old, no requirement other than an inspection which is minimal.
