Hi, I recommend Zorin Linux. Dual boots with Windows and I'm using it now :)
Mostly very easy to use, Zorin is designed for Windows users

Zorin is a new one on me, never had any experience with it. But i have always used Kubuntu or Ubuntu. Very easy to get your head around if you dont know what your doing.

Yep, Ubuntu is a good one too.
How about Puppy Linux running from USB, that will run on anything, even your netbook.
