Nice looking bike...I do like black and white photo's.
I've recently got a new camera..A Nikon D3400 DSLR. It's got a selective colour setting, whereby you can select two or three colours to keep and all the rest is black and white..Get some good results with it...

This is my lads B6. I just selected to keep the red's in.
