This kit only fits with standard exhaust systems headers and not with yoshi or akroprovic headers.

Additional info added by Barmy: Also see these threads regards HEL cooler:

Replacement Radiator from Coolex (although I've only ever seen it on eBay, not on their website).

eBay Auction: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUZUKI-GSX-1400-OIL-COOLER-NEW-MODIFIED-FLANGES-/400620995355

Website: http://www.coolexperts.co.uk/

CONCERN:
The Flange across the top of the radiator does not allow the cooling fan to gain air if it cuts in. Whilst some owners may claim that their fan never cut in, the fans do work and I had the fan cut in on my 14 twice on very hot days in heavy traffic jams. So cutting off any possible air supply is, I think a concern. Coolex have been approached and advised of this a number of times, but have chosen not to change the top flange to include holes to allow air flow. Personally I would recommend the replacement from Aaron Radiators (posted by Seth above)
Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement

Who overtightened them or screwed dirt into the thread?

Ask Snapey to mill you a couple of new ones from a billet of aluminium, send 'em over & you braise / weld them on. No sweat . . . :onya:

I left an o-ring out once and it leaked ever so slowly. They only torque up to a very small margin. I've never seen a split before  :whatever:

@KiwiCol, might be cheaper to buy a new one Snapey doesn't give me mates rates  ;)
@Grog, thanks I got sorted with as new pipes this week, that one on ebay is the rear.
@Hooli they where very tight on both sides the cracked one had some kind of hard grey coloured sealant, I think it was caused in the past from possibly being hit as the mount on that side is distorted as in pic.

Oh that does look rather battered doesn't it?
