Qld- looking for a long weekend away

Hi all,

Looking for recommendations for a long weekend away starting from Brisbane.

Looking for 400kms per day and somewhere I'll be able to watch the gp both nights as well as lockup parking.

Any ideas?

If you head south as far as coffs harbour (I'm sure there would be a scenic way to get there from Brisbane) could do waterfall way heading inland from bellingen then loop back down Oxley Highway from Walcha.
2 great roads but might be stretching your distance limit. Lots bikes friendly places to stay along the entire route too

First suggestion is a good one, but fairly long days. I think staying reasonably close to the coast north or south of Brisbane and you can find pretty friendly places to stay that can accommodate your MotoGP requirements. I use Google Maps as a good reference point. Good luck and let us know what you plan, maybe other members may wish to join in.
