Steelmate have recently released a DIY Tyre Pressure Monitoring system which takes approx 10 mins to install (no wiring) and make operational which is getting very good reviews

There is also a wired version (if you prefer it)

I have a Steelmate system fitted to my machine and am very impressed with its operation. Only thing you need to be a bit careful of us the positioning of the unit in the handlebar area, as in bright sunlight on the unit it can be a bit difficult to see.

WARNING: If you do choose to fit an aftermarket TPMS system, use metal valves, as there have been instances where the larger valve caps used by the TPMS system have caused rubber valves to tear when in use.
Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement

Have to admit.... I'm not a huge fan of having this on a bike, although I can understand why some folks like the convenience.... I always check tyre pressure and tyre condition every time before I ride to make sure the rubber rings are tip top.   Having a tpms would probably 'encourage' me to skip the tyre check....
just me... I am sure others are far more disciplined  :salute:

i agree about rubber valves, found out hard way. had extender on to pump tyres. it mustve kept moving in wind, broke valve. tyre went flat in 10 seconds, doing 100ks. not sure how i stayed on. very scary. was rear tyre, if front i think id be not typing this. rubber are quite safe as long as no extender/monitor thing fitted.
