Once posted - is it possible to edit if a mistake is made in the post??

For a brief period yes, but after a certain time it 'locks' the post from user editing.

If you need to change after this simply PM an admin and we can make the requested changes. 

n.b. This is a feature I implemented in case any member abuses another member or says something inappropriate etc, and then change their post to pretend it never happened if we get a complaint.
That hasn't been an issue here really, at least not yet, but  I'm ensuring the gate is closed BEFORE a hypothetical horse has bolted :D
