Adjusted throttle cables, took for a wee spin just to test it out.... 400km later... all ok ...well it was a nice day for it :whistling:

I went to the ride in thing at the IBCC Lincoln, £10 to get in. Yeah fine it's a good cause n all but...

The classic vehicle 'show' was three cars!
The only interesting thing there is the exhibition and a member of staff was saying you had to pay more to get into it!
Oh & they had a a Lanc flyover booked but didn't bother to tell anyone so I left 10mins before it.

Conclusion, utter rip off and I'm not going again.

Then to top it all the A57 was closed so I struggled to get home. When the road closure says you can access the A156? to Gainsborough but the road is closed about 10mile before that it's 'slightly' annoying.

I should have stayed at home instead of wasting half a tank of petrol & £10 to park for 30mins. Still at least every marshal there had a brand new hi-vis, I'm sure most the £10 went to buy one of them.

Well finally got to the route cause of my orrible noise!
Bleedin powder coater guy didnt locate the new front wheel bearing properly  :furious:

I'd already taken the back wheel back to him as I couldn't get the axle back in!

The front went in ok but was making orrible noise which I thought was either old discs or new calipers!!!

So new discs and 4 weeks later.... kin knut

May actually be able to ride this weekend now!

Glad you finally got it sorted buddy .
It sounded horrible when you called me as we said it could only have been the bearings
Sometimes you out your trust in others only to be let down by there workmanship.
Hopefully that's the end of your problems and you can get some miles in
