Throttle Body was cleaned (inside and outside) and installed back on bike!
Really hate this procedure - fitting rubber manifolds from engine and airbox side  :confused1:

Have a look at @gsxbarmy's tip for removal and reporting of throttle bodies
only a slightly modified gsx1400
oh and a standard one too

Thx. This should make it easier. Will try it next time.
This time, before installation, I take out airbox to throttle body rubber tubes, and install throttle bodies without them. After throttle body was in place, I put those airbox to throttle body rubber tubes back... Cant say it was super easy... :)

adjusted and cleaned the chain and guard using kero and lubing with gear oil and i also fork out 650 bucks for rego (ctp 503 rego 128 inspection 23 )and tomorro another 250 for insurance now time for this :cheers:

Took it for a wee ride, but, wouldn't ya know it, it stopped at the Little River pub! Think its getting to know the routine.

Thanks guys, took it out for a bit last Saturday & gave it reasonable clean up on Sunday, wash, dry, polish & do the shiny bits. Got bugs on it now. Probably another ride tomorrow - from 1 end of the hills to the other.
