He should be there most of the time Chris, there is a workshop out the back with a hoist and shit everywhere.
His sort of father in law owned the place but he passed a few years back so he sort of inherited it through his missus 
I was giving him some advice on testing electrics on a Suzuki V twin and he wanted to stay and find the intermittent fault lol.
