Well that didn't go well.......the bride and her mother had a hissy fit after her mother rang my daughter who text us to say the weather wasn't nice.
At that point we had not seen a cloud.
So I'm over it.......about turn. 220kms later im back at home.
I might go for a poodle on my own tomorrow.

Calmed down now........it has taken a while.
I almost forgot. I did pick up my new air filter from the Suzuki dealer in Whakatane so all was not lost.
Its a lovely ride from Tauranga to Whakatane. 100kms from home to the shop. Much of the ride is along the coast or not far from it. On the way you can see the steam cloud rising from White Island, an active volcano about 30kms off the coast.
Worth a helicopter tour Dave. Not far from Rotorua.
