Is this the supercharged naked they are talking about? Going to be announced at the Tokyo show apparently.
That mudguard is bloody awful, probably a decent bike tho
It looks a bit boxy to me

No, it's not a naked bike. It seems to have fairings from starwars :whistling:

Looks to have the same switchgear as the SX which may mean cruise control.
Looks to have a traditional swingarm, possibly to keep the cost down.
"IF" it was H2 powered I'd be very tempted to sign on the dotted line.
It's much more likely to be SX powered which is no bad thing, it will make a great bike, but not bat-shit crazy that the H2 lump can be.
I think it's great that Kawasaki are bringing out more and more new models . :hat:
I think the only sad thing is Suzuki aren't bring anything new and haven't in a while . :cry2:

Kawasaki add a 4th bike to the H2 range....
Yam are doing really well with the multi level MT range from learner bikes up to the 10....
Honda have a great Africa Twin and the new one is said to be even better.....
I agree
@Tony Nitrous triumph also have a much bigger range than Suzuki
Its time Suzuki pulled it's socks up so to speak :frustrated:
I've been like you a big Suzuki fan for many many decades .
Is there even anything in the pipes from Suzuki to try to stay competitive?

:rofl2:
No.
There are fanciful rumours of a Gen-3 Busa that's coming soon, and has been for a few years. If it's to be anything special it's going to be a big budget bike and not sell well. Affordable and it's not going to be competitive.
After the B12, GSX14, B-King etc I'd love a big bore naked but unless you want a lame cruiser it's a market the Japs are staying away from.
Apart from trying to keep the GSXR1000 competitive Suzuki have done anything new or interesting in the last 10 years or probably longer.
Pretty boring walking into Suzuki showroom these days. Annoys me.
After years of only riding old bangers and sidecar I am still coming to terms with my 2003 z1000. So much brakes and handling compared to 80s yamaha. My son is looking at new Africa twin so I might get a ride on that. Gsx1400 is going straight to sidecar tug. This whole fuel injection thing is stretching my brain. Good fun though.
Suzuki dressed up an SV650 to look like a custom café cruiser. Also the GSXS with Katana like body work. Even their dirt bikes are just getting new colour schemes. I think Suzuki have thrown a lot of money at making cars instead. :whatever: :whatever:

They declared bankruptcy as a car manufacturer in the US and stopped production in the US and Canada. They seen more interested in the Far East countries. :whatever:
Tony, has your paint on Kawa had any need to self repair. Sure is interesting product. Initially for phones etc i think.
